Terms of Use

These terms explain the rules for using the Khan Quran Academy website and our online classes. Please read them before you enroll.

Accepting These Terms

By using our website or enrolling in our classes, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.

Our Services

Khan Quran Academy offers one-to-one online classes in Quran reading, Tajweed, Noorani Qaida, Hifz and Islamic studies. Class schedules, teachers and course content may change from time to time.

Our Learning Portal

All teaching is done through our own learning portal. Student and teacher records, class sessions, online class meetings and sharing of learning content are managed there, not on outside platforms.

You will need to use the portal to join classes and access learning content. Please keep your login details private and do not share your account with others.

Free Trial

New students can take a free 3-day trial with no commitment. The trial is meant to help you decide whether our classes are right for you.

Payments and Cancellation

Fees are billed monthly in advance. Cancellations, rescheduling, missed classes and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

Student and Parent Responsibilities

Please join classes on time, in a quiet place, with a working device and internet connection.

Parents of younger students should make sure the child is supervised and ready for class.

Please treat teachers and staff with respect. We may end classes for a student whose behavior is abusive or disruptive.

Monitoring and Recording of Sessions

For safety and quality, student-teacher sessions are monitored and the audio of each class is recorded. Video is not recorded. By joining a class, you agree to this. Recordings stay within our portal and are used only for safety, quality checks and student progress.

Female students may keep their camera off during class, and their classes are monitored by female staff.

Students, parents and teachers may not record classes on their own devices.

Course Materials

Our course materials, lessons and website content belong to Khan Quran Academy. They are for your personal learning only. Please do not copy, share or sell them without our written permission.

Privacy and Your Data

We collect a student's name, age and gender; the details you give in our free trial and contact forms (WhatsApp number or email, country, age group, preferred class time, time zone, enquiry type and message); messages sent through our portal or WhatsApp; and class audio recordings and progress records. The full list is in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own use.

Students, parents or guardians can ask us to delete any of this data at any time by contacting us.

Limits of Our Responsibility

We do our best to provide high-quality teaching, but we cannot guarantee specific learning results, as progress depends on the student's effort and practice. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by internet or device problems outside our control.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
