- Messages you send to us or to teachers through the portal or WhatsApp
- Class audio recordings and progress records (see below). We do not record video.
On your device
- Your chosen currency, saved in your browser so the fee page shows the right prices. It is not sent to us.
We use this information to match each student with a suitable teacher and class, to reply to you, to arrange trials and classes, and to keep classes safe. We do not collect any other personal information.
You can ask us to delete any of this data at any time (see "Your Rights and Deleting Your Data" below).
Our Learning Portal
We run our own learning portal. Student records, teacher records, class sessions, online class meetings and the sharing of learning content are all managed inside this portal. We do not use outside platforms for any of these.
Session Monitoring and Recording
For the safety of students and the quality of teaching, student-teacher sessions are monitored and the audio of each class is recorded. We do not record video. Female students may keep their camera off, and their classes are monitored by female staff. Recordings are kept within our portal and are used only for safety, quality checks and student progress.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own use. Details you send through our website forms are delivered to our team by email, and our learning portal data stays within the portal. Everything is used only to run our classes and support you.
Data Security
Data in our portal is stored in encrypted form using industry-standard AES-256 protocols, and communication with our site is protected with SSL/TLS. We review our infrastructure regularly to guard against unauthorized access.
Student Privacy and Protection
Our classes are one-to-one and held in a controlled online environment. We take the privacy of children and adult learners seriously. Teachers go through background checks and are trained in digital safeguarding.
Your Rights and Deleting Your Data
You have the right to:
