Trial Class Policy
We believe every student should find the perfect fit. Our 3-day trial period is completely free of charge with no commitment required and no credit card details needed.
Monthly Fee
Subscriptions are processed monthly in advance to secure your teacher's dedicated time slot for the month ahead.
cancelCancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying our support team. A 7-day notice before your next billing cycle helps ensure a smooth transition and allows us to reassign the teacher's schedule.
event_repeatRescheduling Policy
If you need to move a class, please provide at least 6 hours' notice. We will do our utmost to offer a suitable makeup slot within the same month, subject to teacher availability.
event_busyMissed-class Policy
If a teacher misses a class, we guarantee a makeup session or a credit for that specific class.
If a student misses a class without prior notice, the teacher will wait for the first 15 minutes. These sessions are considered delivered.
verified_userRefund Eligibility
Refunds are reviewed with care. You may be eligible for a partial refund for remaining unused classes if you discontinue within the first week of your paid subscription.
blockNon-refundable Cases
Classes that have already been conducted or missed by the student without notice are non-refundable. Completed monthly cycles are also non-refundable.
Processing Time
Approved refund requests are processed promptly. Please allow 5-10 business days for funds to reflect in your original payment method.
