Refund and Subscription Policy
At Khan Quran Academy, we aim to keep things fair and clear for students and their families. Here is how trials, billing, cancellations and refunds work.
Trial Class
Our 3-day trial is completely free. There is no commitment and no credit card is required.
Monthly Fee
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. This secures your teacher's dedicated time slot for the month ahead.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. No notice period is required.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule a class at any time before its start time.
We will do our best to offer a new slot as soon as possible, depending on teacher availability.
Missed Classes
If a teacher misses a class, we will give you a makeup session or a credit for that class.
If a student does not reschedule before the class start time and does not attend, the teacher waits for the first 15 minutes. After that, the class counts as delivered.
Refund Eligibility
If you are not satisfied, we offer a full refund for your unused classes. No questions asked.
Non-refundable Cases
Classes that were already held are not refundable.
Classes the student did not attend or reschedule before the start time are not refundable.
Completed monthly cycles are not refundable.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed promptly. Please allow 5-10 business days for the money to reach you by the same method you paid with.
